My work with TD Insurance spans improving UX on existing product pages, helping the client team launch new services and creating a strategic year-long social content outline.

I worked closely with client teams and digital customer experience experts to design the best path-to-purchase for existing and prospective TD Insurance customers.

I was the author of the TD Insurance Always-On social media calendar, creating a year-long plan of social content (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram + Influencer) and click-through advice articles published on the TD Insurance website. The main ask from our client was to make ‘insurance’ less scary, and help improve trust between the public and TD insurance products.
